Verified Views
These are as accurate as it is possible to get in terms of correctly representing
the scale and shape of proposals in a before and after view... The process involves the
following processes:
- digital photography of existing
views with a calibrated camera lens
- accurate site survey of camera
location and reference points with in the view
- accurate CAD modelling of
proposals rendered using survey information to align correctly to the perspective of the
existing photograph
Verified views are usually
required for urban developments where skyline issues demand the highest level of accuracy
Photomontages
These are still verified but to a more practical level of accuracy suitable for
most landscape proposals and wide scale developments such as wind farms and are usually
photorealistically rendered rather than simple wireframe representations. The production
of a photomontage ususally requires expertise in as many as four or five different types
of software... for photo-stitching, CAD modelling / rendering, terrain modelling and
photo-editing
Artistic Impressions
By contrast, these do not have to be fully verified and typically the style can be
hand rendered or painted to convey design proposals in a specific way. The advantages of
our latest software techniques mean that we can combine the accuracy of CAD modelling with
the subtlety of hand rendering styles to create stylised images
